Brad Alexander's NCDEQ application for the "60 houses on 10.5 acres off Old Wharf Rd" cluster housing project: Was returned to him on 10-17-2023 because of non payment of the $240 application fee.
The NCDEQ could not continue to review his application (Project number: 20231165 | The Village at Old Wharf Road Cluster Housing Development) because of nonpayment.
Subsequently, Brad Alexander must submit another ePCN (pre-construction Notification) form to restart the Clean Water/Wetland fill, storm water management, erosion control review process if he chooses to go forward with the project as planned.
The NCDEQ DWR received over 50 Public Notice Comment Forms (and "coincidentally" over 50 "No-I do not agree with the project" stances) on The Cluster Housing Project's 401 Water Quality Certification (Wetland Fill Permit)
