NCDEQ Rejects Aria Construction's Cluster Housing Project application
Brad Alexander's NCDEQ application for the "60 houses on 10.5 acres off Old Wharf Rd" cluster housing project: Was returned to him on 10-17-2023 because of non payment of the $240 application fee.
The NCDEQ could not continue to review his application (Project number: 20231165 | The Village at Old Wharf Road Cluster Housing Development) because of nonpayment.
Subsequently, Brad Alexander must submit another ePCN (pre-construction Notification) form to restart the Clean Water/Wetland fill, storm water management, erosion control review process if he chooses to go forward with the project as planned.
